2008

Dundee I finish fourth in Division I. Dundee II face direct relegation to Division III after a difficult season. Dundee II console themselves with an outstanding win over Division III winners Kilmarnock II to collect the Plate for the second time.

2009

Through player retirement and migration Dundee are forced to enter only one side in the Men’s National Leagues this year.  A decision was made to rebuild the player pool by entering a combined team in Division II. Dundee finish runners up to Kilmarnock II in Men’s Division II. Dundee win promotion to Division I by defeating Division I side Troon, Kyle and Carrick in a thrilling two match play-off series. Dundee Ladies player Nicola McKenzie won her first representative honour as she was selected for the Scotland East  team in the UK School Games. Former Dundee player Seain Cook represents GB Juniors in World Championships in Blackpool. Seain Cook is also selected to play in the Christmas Internationals for Scotland Juniors v England JuniorsDundee boast a number of players to represent the Scotland in the Scottish Universities Student teams.

2010

Dundee beat Troon in the playoff series to win promotion to Division 1 volleyball again. Nicola MacKenzie represents once more in the UK School Games. Dundee Ladies finish the season in third place.

2010/11

Both men and women finish second bottom of their National League but men’s second team finish second in Division lll. Women lose to Orkney in cup quarter final 2/3. Jim Houston plays his last game on 28th April completing 1002 games for Dundee.

2011/12

Only one men’s team which who win Division ll ahead of Edinburgh ll on sets difference.  Ladies finish 4th but reach cup quarter final losing to City of Edinburgh.

2012/13

Men finish bottom of Division l without winning a game. Ladies finish 3rd behind Kyle and Jets ll.  Ladies reach Plate Final losing to Team Kyle. Lana Edgar is 50th ladies team player. John Scrimgeour plays his last game against Beacon VC on 7th December. Last of 1228 games!

2013/14

Mens’ team retain Division l status and again finish bottom without winning a game for second season in a row.  Ladies team finish 3rd again.

2014/15

Men finish 3rd in Division ll but lose to City of Glasgow Ragazzi in Scottish Cup quarter final. Same top three finish for Ladies in Division ll and lose to Jets in Cup quarter final.

2015/16

Men finish second to Bon Accord in new League 1 after league re-construction.  Beat NUVOC ll, Jets ll and Stirling Uni. in cup but lose to NUVOC in quarter final.  Ladies 2nd behind arch rival QTS Troon ll. Lose again to Troon ll in cup quarter final. Peter Aitchison is last player 146 to register for men’s team.

Doug Crockart played his 527th and last game v Edinburgh Jets.  His 25 year career began against Pentland on 13 March 1992 with a 3/0 win.

Women lost their promotion play-off game to NUVOC losing 3/0.
